Nannies Beyond is an introductory agency.
We charge 5 x gross weekly salary upon formal offer and provide a 6 week grace period during which, if things do not work out,
we will offer, where possible, a replacement nanny, or a portion of your fee back.
We encourage (if possible) a 1 week trial period before offering a candidate the job.

PRIVACY POLICY
FURTHER BEYOND SERVICE
Our service is always superior. We do offer a Further Beyond Service where we will come and meet with you in your home to discuss your requirements and get to know you and your needs on a highly personal bespoke basis. We will, where possible, personally introduce you to candidates and you have the option to have us sit in on the interviews. To engage in the superior service there is an upfront fee of £500. On successful placement the fee remains 5 x gross weekly salary + VAT
WHAT WE OFFER

DBS CHECKS
A DBS check, is becoming more and more important when working within the Private Household industry. Majority of positions will request all candidates to have a valid DBS certificate before starting in the role. The Disclosure and Barring Service helps employers make safer recruitment decisions and prevent unsuitable people from working with vulnerable groups, including children.
FIRST AID COURSES
We can arrange for you or your nanny to attend a wide range of the most up-to-date first aid courses. It is important to keep this knowledge fresh and current
ANY OTHER COURSES
Feel calm about leaving your child with an experienced Caregiver knowing that they have the experience and certifications needed. Get in touch with us to learn more about any courses that may interest you.
